Built Around Compliance.
Designed Around Your Business.
Express Mobile Diagnostics is your locally owned compliance partner, bringing professional, audit-ready drug, alcohol, and DNA testing directly to your workplace. Mobile-first service that reduces downtime, managed end to end so your program stays defensible.
Not Just a Testing Company. A Compliance Partner.
Most mobile providers send a collector and hand you a result. We manage the entire program, because compliance is more than a collection.
Compliance-First Foundation
EMD was founded by professionals in internal auditing, SOX compliance, finance, and healthcare administration, not by a franchise. Programs are built around documentation, defensibility, and regulatory standards, not just convenience.
Boutique & Locally Owned
Not a national chain running thousands of accounts from a call center. A locally owned Third Party Administrator serving Central Arkansas employers directly. You work with us, not a rotating cast of reps.
Mobile, Managed & Documented
From random pool administration to post-accident response and pre-employment screening, we manage the full cycle. Every test is collected by certified specialists, processed through SAMHSA-certified labs, and documented to DOT and FMCSA standards.
Why Express Mobile Diagnostics Exists
The problem employers face. Across Central Arkansas, employers kept hitting the same wall. National chains treated them like an account number. Clinic-based providers handed over a result and called it compliance. Neither one managed the program, the random pool, the chain-of-custody documentation, the MRO coordination, the audit trail, that actually protects an employer.
Why that gap existed. Testing and compliance are not the same discipline. Collecting a specimen is a task. Keeping an employer audit-ready is a program, and almost no one local was built to run it.
Why we created EMD. Express Mobile Diagnostics was founded by professionals with backgrounds in internal auditing, SOX compliance, finance, and healthcare administration, people whose careers were built on documentation and defensibility, to close that gap for Arkansas businesses.
How we solve it today. We bring DOT, FMCSA, and SAMHSA-compliant drug, alcohol, and DNA testing directly to your office, job site, or terminal, and we manage the full program behind it. Mobile-first, professionally collected, and documented to withstand an audit.
Where we are headed. Our goal is simple: to be the most trusted drug testing and compliance partner in Central Arkansas, growing alongside the employers, agencies, and families who count on us.
Our Values
Precision
Every collection follows standardized, federally aligned procedures. Details are the difference between a result and a defensible result.
Respect
Every donor is treated professionally and discreetly, from a pre-employment screen to a sensitive family DNA test.
Reliability
Employers know exactly what to expect: responsive scheduling, clear communication, and documentation that is ready when the audit comes.
Convenience
We bring testing directly to your workplace, job site, or home, removing downtime and travel from the equation.
Meet the Founders

Sherita Turner
Sherita brings nearly 20 years in internal auditing, SOX compliance, finance, and healthcare administration, with a bachelor's in Accounting and a master's in Finance and Healthcare Administration. Her career centers on one discipline: making sure organizations operate within the rules, document what matters, and never leave themselves exposed. That rigor drives every EMD process, from chain-of-custody to DOT program administration. She founded EMD because deep compliance expertise was exactly what Central Arkansas employers were missing from their providers.

Invested in Central Arkansas Businesses

We grew up here and we live and work in this community, for the trucking company in Conway, the construction firm in Benton, the staffing agency in Little Rock, and the family in Sherwood who needs a DNA test handled with care.
