FAQ

Your Questions Answered.

Where can mobile collections take place?

At your home, workplace, a provider's or attorney's office, a care facility, or another approved location within our Central Arkansas service area. Contact us to confirm availability for your address.

Do I need a doctor's order?

Some laboratory tests require a provider's order and some wellness screenings do not. Requirements depend on the specific test and applicable regulations. Tell us what you need and we'll confirm what's required before your appointment.

What types of specimens can you collect?

Most commonly blood (venipuncture and finger-stick/dried blood spot) and urine. The exact specimen depends on the test ordered. Ask us about a specific panel.

How does the laboratory process work?

After collection, your specimen is labeled and transported to the appropriate processing laboratory following standard handling procedures. Turnaround varies by test and lab.

How are results delivered?

Results are delivered according to the service and the ordering party. For provider-ordered tests, results typically go to the ordering provider. For eligible direct tests, we'll explain how you'll receive them when you schedule.

Is mobile service available for homebound patients?

Yes. Mobile collection is well suited to homebound patients, and our collectors are experienced with difficult draws (hard sticks) and pediatric patients.

How far do you travel?

We serve Little Rock and Central Arkansas. Travel beyond our standard area may be available. Share your location and we'll confirm.

How much does mobile collection cost?

Pricing depends on the test(s), specimen type, and location. Contact us for a clear quote before your appointment.
